We stayed at Los Palomas at the recommendation of a family member, and we were not disappointed! Upon check in, Johnnie went out of his way to welcome us in and give us his personal recommendations around town. They also had some homemade potato chips and frozen lemonade waiting for us at the front desk. Our room with nearby parking was in a Pueblo around the corner from the front desk (a 1 minute walk from the lobby). After going through a security gate, we wound our way through the path towards our room. The room itself was very welcoming, with a couch, TV and mini kitchen area with a hot plate and sink. There was also a microwave, mini fridge and fireplace in the main living area. Just off the main room was a large bed and full bathroom. Everything was clean and decorated with local artwork. Our stay was on the shorter side, so we ended up not needing maid service, but they did tell us to call if we needed anything. Breakfast was served just off the main lobby, and offered an assortment of fruit, pastries and bagels. Orange juice, regular coffee and water were also available. For hot foods, they had a kitchen that could prepare one of five dishes (breakfast burrito, breakfast tacos, eggs and potatoes, pancakes or a healthy option). They asked for no special orders, but gladly prepared ours vegetarian. There was also a local artist with a booth setup just outside the lobby with some beautiful jewelry and weavings. We ended up buying two keychains as souvenirs. The rooms do have physical keys, so we had to be careful not to lose those, and coin-operated laundry is available on-site. This property was also pet-friendly, and so we saw quite a few dogs while we were coming and going. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. This property is within walking distance of many of the galleries, shops and restaurants in the historic downtown district of Santa Fe. Most days, we just left our car and ventured out on foot. We would definitely stay again!

This is a small hotel, in an excellent location for exploring a “City Different” aka Santa Fe, New Mexico. It’s less than a 10-minute stroll to the plaza but for those seeking proximity with serenity this fits the bill. The rooms are spread out over several unconnected building serviced by a central reception and dining area for breakfast. Plenty of off-street parking which is a major plus given the challenge of finding a place during high tourist season. The venue is clean, but for those who care, a bit dated. My room had a fireplace and some nice Southwestern artwork, however overall was a bit on the dark side.. This is not a place to stay however, if you a seeking a room ”with a view”…but why would you need it when you visit the Land of Enchantment, which is best appreciated in the great out of doors. My room had a King bed that was extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows. Staff is welcoming, informative and helpful. Breakfast, not fancy, but tasty and classic New Mexican (Breakfast burritos with green chili) with coffee made to order as well as the basics…Bagels & lox also included with your room if desired. Finally, given there are many much more expensive venues in SF, Los Palmas scores a 10 on the value for the money scale.

We have been staying at Los Paloma’s for over 20 years now, and our recent stay really exceeded our expectations. We’ve always appreciated the clean quaint cosy rooms and studios which are located right off the plaza and offers dog friendly lodging. Often though we would skip the free breakfast as it was fairly simple and even bland as compared to the local food options around town. However this recent stay and during our 3 night stay we chose from each several of the newer breakfast options and all were fantastic and delicious! The breakfast and community guest area was vibrant and lively and beautiful. We also thoroughly enjoyed the various house made treats and snacks and fresh lemonade slushy! Fantastic job Los Paloma’s for making your lodging with your new free breakfast options along with the warm community feel and location now our absolute favorite place to stay in Santa Fe!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Las Palomas! This boutique Airbnb is the perfect blend of artsy charm and cozy comfort. The made-to-order FREE breakfast served in the artsy lobby was next-level—fresh, delicious, and honestly one of the best parts of our trip. All of the fellow travelers were fun to chat with over breakfast, and the vibes were perfect. Free firewood for the in-room fireplace was such a thoughtful touch, especially after a chilly evening stroll through town. The lobby? Oh, just your average magical space with a full-grown tree growing through the middle! Every corner of Las Palomas radiates personality and care. It’s warm, welcoming, and full of surprises—in the best way. If you're heading to Santa Fe and want something beyond the standard hotel vibe, this is it. Total hidden gem!

Charming B&B. Perfect location right off Guadalupe, close to the walking paths along the Alameda. I could walk to restaurants, the Railyard and the NM Art School. I loved having a private patio off my room to have my early morning coffee. Breakfast was made to order and was delicious. I looked forward to the warm croissants, cappuccino and fresh fruit every morning in addition to choosing 1 of the 5 entrees offered. I loved the whimsical sculptures on the grounds and felt Inspired each day by eating outside on the dining patio. My bed and pillows were comfy as was the sitting area. Everything was to my liking!
